Transform Your Life in 30 Days- Day 6

25- minimum number of days per month the most successful goal-maker in a study practiced simple habits like putting down their fork between bites, eating a hot breakfast within 30 minutes of waking up and portioning out food before digging in. The group lost an average of two pounds a month. I know we get busy, life takes over sometimes so don’t beat yourself up if you are just starting this challenge. This is a life long journey and in the next 25 days you are going to transform with every step.

I am setting you up for success today with a full meal plan.

 

BREAKFAST: Angela’s World Famous “Body Builders” Breakfast!

It’s simple, easy and straight to the point!

Ingredients:

4 Egg Whites plus one whole egg, sautéed with your veggies of choice. I suggest

Crushed garlic, tri colored peppers, spinach, scallions, broccoli, or even just plain!

Use an olive oil or coconut spray for the pan.

½ cup cooked oatmeal topped with ¼ cup of blueberries or strawberries.

(recipe in your packet)

Cup of tea and a tall glass of cold water.

(Include this in every breakfast-STAY AWAY FROM JUICES of any kind)

LUNCH: Tomato Avocado Salsa Topped Zesty Chicken (prepare the night before)

 

Tomatoes are filled with Vitamin C and Avocado is an excellent source of good for you

fats!

Enjoy! Add a ½ cup of brown rice to make a complete super food meal!
