Now that you’ve increased your body movement, make sure you’re aware of your hydration.
You should be drinking 6-8 glasses of water.
– Keep water at your desk at all times, and take a bottle with you to work. Keep it full. – Drink green or herbal teas. At least one or two cups a day.
– Keep the sugar low. And try Agave as a sweetener. It’s magnificent.
– Keep yourself pampered, you’ve earned it.
Try my lavender bath salts in your bath once a week, get a massage, rub yummy creams on yourself and massage it in to increase circulation. Use your affirmations during this time. Especially close to bed time.
