Understanding Astrology’s Role in Your Life Day 4

Love is an inside job, ya know. That’s your guidepost for today, with the Moon making opportunity aspects to both planets of love, Venus and Neptune. Start the day with one lusciously nurturing act for yourself, all the better if it pulls in your body and senses: A foot rub (give it to yourself if you have to); a walk in a garden bursting with blooms; 10 minutes with a lavender-oil-scented cold compress on your eyes while soothing music plays. It’s okay if your chosen act involves food, but make it something more than (or in addition to) a jelly doughnut, please — although putting one in the mix is astrologically appropriate. Nothing too elaborate or time-consuming, though. Then interrupt your schedule at least two more times for another nurturing act.
