Then Welcome to my 30-Day Challenge! My name is Laura Erdman-Luntz. I have been a Yoga Educator for almost 25 years. Yep, you heard me, 25 years. I started before there was yoga in fitness centers. In fact, I started before we could officially call it yoga because people thought it was a cult. My classes were called “Stretch”.
I have developed, directed and taught 200- and 500-hour Yoga Teacher Training programs, educating teachers for almost 20 years. I have written a step-by-step pose book: Essential Yoga: Musélan’s Guide to the Yoga Poses and I have written a blog for over 3 years, focusing on one yoga poses each month: http://www.musasana.com.
I am passionate about teaching yoga and teaching it well. I am passionate about keeping my students safe in a practice that truly serves them.
Join me as I take you through 30 days of a beginner, Yoga 101 practice. Each day will be a 30 min practice and I will teach the poses, guiding you into how to do the poses safely. I will also keep in mind some of the major physical issues that are common out there so lower back pain, disc issues, knee problems, shoulder issues, come on into class! Each class will build on the previous one, reviewing what we have learned and adding more.
