Your Conscious, Friendly Mind – Day 22
The key to finding trust and patience is Mindfulness. When we use it as a self-help tool, Mindfulness will help to resolve any relationship issue, both at work and in family life, even though there will always be differences of opinions and conflicts of ideas and ideals. Calmness of mind gives us the much needed patience and clarity that allow us to understand the other’s viewpoint better. Calmness and peace remove energy blocks so we may embrace others without being judgmental. Our hearts are at peace.
We know very well that our external world reflects our inner world of the mind. Whatever may be the situation in the external world, however negative it could be, ultimately it depends upon how we accept it and with what attitude. The more the mind starts to pick on external negativities and shortcomings, the more the external creates hassles in our life. Hence, the best way is to craft an open mind and move through the experiences with a positive attitude, blessing everything that comes in our lives, knowing this all will pass, and all is well.
We need to have trust in ourselves and trust in the divine powers, for it is trust and patience that brings forth that which we are longing for, the fruit of a peaceful and healthy life.
1. Compassionately and relentlessly recognize the areas of darkness in your life. Trust that they have value. Affirm that they too come from God. They are leading you to some awakening. They are invaluable teachers that enlarge your compassion and understanding. Call on the Divine light, along with your patient, persistent energy and prayerful effort, to enlighten them. The simple path of your spirit will open.
