2. Retreat inward, if only for a second, when something stirs you. If necessary, go back to it during your evening spiritual practice. Explore those feelings, those moments of inspiration of your heart quietly, a little more fully, each day. Journal about them. Let them gather in your mind and heart. Let them lead you to your deepest aspirations to find your Self within.
Spirituality gives us that vision, that ability to develop a special power to see positive possibilities in the midst of pain and negativities. ?It is a process of empowerment where we realize that the lost kingdom is not outside of us; it is right within, here and now.
