Your Conscious, Friendly Mind – Day 26

2. Meditation and breathing practices will help you to go within and to cleanse from within.  They create the space within you to attract higher thoughts. Those repetitive higher thoughts create their own roots within you, allowing new patterns in your mind to attract wonderful situations and sweeter relationships. Pulling the weeds of the mind and then planting higher thoughts is your first job. Once you do that, relationships at home, at work, and in your community will all gradually take a positive turn to fill you with joy and celebration.

When we are conscious of our body, mind and breath, we are relaxed, happy, and calm. Quite naturally we do not generate negative stress. We are functioning from the reference point of our Spirit within and not from the weeds of the mind.
