2. Just as you help heal another person through your kind counseling and positive vibrations, so also you can heal yourself by feeling that you are receiving vibrations of peace and stability, harmony and happiness from your Higher Mind.
Visiting your own self is what mindfulness is all about, it is self-awareness, self-love.
