Your Conscious, Friendly Mind – Day 6
1. As part of your morning prayers, spend some time writing or thinking about your deepest aspirations for coming day.
2. As you go through your day, notice those moments of inspiration and insight, beauty and light, peace and joy. Open your heart a little more deeply to them, savoring each moment.
3. Then spend time in the evening writing about what uplifted your spirit throughout the day. What moments of human strength, courage, or tenderness were you privileged to witness or give? Make it a practice to gather the gifts of the day, to savor them in your heart, to thank God for them each night before bedtime.
In the sanctum of your heart feel the Grace of the Divine Light ever lit with your deepest aspiration. Remember to tend the flame within!
