Through the books he has published and his interviews on radio and television, Dr. Mancini inspires thousands of people every year with their messages of success, service, health and wellness. He recently published the book “The Power of Self-Healing” where he tells readers how to unleash the healing powers of their own bodies following a 21-day program. The book explores solutions to restore welfare without involving medicine, surgery and other methods of traditional medicine. It also explains the connection between the physical, emotional and spiritual: “The power that created the body also heals the body.”

Dr. Mancini believes in the power of chiropractic to prevent problems, more serious illness and pain. Through various adjustments to the spine, neck and hip, we can make our nervous system work better, restore movement and provide a more effective method for self-healing. Fabrizio Mancini is not reinventing the wheel; instead he is making chiropractic care more relevant, practical and affordable.

OM Times asked Dr. Mancini to talk more about his book, chiropractic care, and how we can make simple adjustments in our daily lives to promote self-healing of our body.

My message is that nowadays we have to believe that the body heals from the inside out. All messages that we get on television, radio and magazines are always telling us that healing comes from outside in. You have to take something or do something in order to heal. But the more one studies the human body, the more one recognizes that the body is created to heal from the inside out. The other message that is very important is that the body heals physically, emotionally and spiritually. And today, most of the books we read talk about diet and exercise, but what we do not understand sometimes is that the emotional state of a person is what impacts whether or not they will exercise that day or not and how the exercise will be expressed inside your body. You can work out but if you are depressed and you are not using the weights very well, that can cause problems in the body. But if you’re very focused and know that your emotional and spiritual status is the most important, when you exercise you’ll do better.
