You’ll get to meet the world-famous neurosurgeon, Norm Shealy, MD, also considered a “founding father” of the modern holistic health movement and perhaps one of the most prolific. Norm’s most famous protege and co-author, Caroline Myss, calls him a “genius and a wizard”. He’ll offer several programs including “Beyond 100; The Fountain of Life” and “Bliss: Oxytocin, Altruism and Self-Care.” At the age of 80, his vibrant health demonstrates the validity of what he teaches.
As many as three classes & workshops will be offered every 60- to 90-minutes, as we sail from Miami to the tropical islands of St. Thomas, St. Maarten and Nassau. A few programs will take place on the islands, such as my own “EcoTherapy; Nature as Nurturer & Ally,” program – a snorkel and kayak excursion in the Mangrove Nature Preserve where we’ll practice receiving emotional and spiritual support from Mother Nature.
