Your Pain Can Lead to Your Passion, Part 2

Tarlach:           Definitely. What would have put me on bender for weeks of self-pity and self-medication through drugs. Now it’s like, “No, that’s NOT going to happen.”

Marlise:           “That’s a new mantra:  “Well, that’s not going to happen.”  I like that Tarlach. That’s fabulous.

Laurie:             It’s just been a wild ride this month, my relationship with my husband, it’s gotten so much deeper because we’ve been able to have many new conversations.  And we’re able to share with each other at a much deeper soul level because we’re doing the Stillness Sessions® together.

Every day messages are pouring in to me about how I’m supposed to be assisting others.  I’m doing a lot of deep soul writing. What’s coming up is what I’m supposed to be sharing. I have this sense of purpose for the first time in my life, a deep sense of fulfillment that this is what my life has been about. This is the journey.

And, as you know, I Facilitated The Simplicity of Stillness method in the Three Steps to Peace Course with a group of people this week.  And they were blown away at the feeling they felt after even the first five minutes of listening to The Power of Peace.

And it felt really good to introduce them to something new that they’ve never experienced before. I saw many shifts and breakthroughs even in that just one session one evening.  This is where my life has been leading me, is to this place of helping others.  And it feels so good.
