Astrology Forecast for August 19-25, 2013
The weekend intensifies the action again. The two planets of desire and money, Venus and Pluto, ramp up primal, nonrational magnetic attractions and impulses. Some are naughty, some transgress propriety (triangles are the geometry of the weekend), and some we’d rather keep private, for whatever reason. Yet out they are coming into the light, along with with a bracing dose of self-knowledge. Whatever happens this week, whatever dramas play out over the weekend, we will not be stumbling about confused. Mental clarity is the final gift of the week, and what we are most clear about is ourselves.
Monday: We all go into this boisterous week feeling a bit entitled, a bit self-indulgent, a bit full, even, of ourselves. Limits present themselves soon enough. Each time we bump into one, the collision escalates irritation and a nervous knowing that something’s about to give. Choose the path of love and compassion whenever possible. When a welcome break beckons, take it. It is paving the way, whether you can see it, toward Wednesday’s big release
Tuesday: Relationship developments are rumbling, rumbling. The predawn hours stir up issues of the heart. You may be treated to a vision of love, grace and acceptance — which does not carry over in waking world interactions. The day is edgy, itchy and pulsing with discomfort. Secrets and unpleasant truths are rustling in corners and shadows. Much is stepping into your consciousness, if not public view, as the summer’s second Aquarius Full Moon (9:45 PM EDT) ends the chapter of the past four to six weeks. If there’s a problem or puzzle you’ve been trying to solve, a boulder you’ve been chipping at, or a situation that you would like to understand better, ask for a dream about it tonight. Be sure to specify that (a) the dream use imagery you understand and (b) you remember it.
