More likely you’re feeling an imperative to be with people, and probably  to connect with a specific person that requires one of you to extend yourself. Impulses are pushing us out of usual behavior and comfort. What transpires involves putting a fear to rest, or at least stepping over it, and stepping into a void. That nervousness you feel comes from letting go of control.
