And then I started experimenting.  I actually would make the same recipe and do exactly the same steps with the recipe, and do one with chanting and prayers over it, and one I would just let it be.  And everyone could always tell the difference.

So that’s kind of how it started.

Marlise:  Oh, that’s so beautiful. And in today’s world, when we understand energy, and we understand vibration, and the syntax of language, so that vibration from you, from the mantras, from the music you’re playing, filled with that level of happiness is totally going into the food.  And my guess is that’s partly what that judge also experienced, as well.  Because you might have been in a room filled with fairly stressed out people [laughs], but your food has got that beautiful vibration instilled in it coming from you.

Donna Collins:  Any time you’re going to take anything into your system, the thing that you can do to change its molecular structure is to bless it.  I can bless the hands that made it.  It’s a whole process.

It is about infusing divine energy into what you’re eating so that no matter what you’re eating, the molecules of emotion that are connected into that food are being enlivened and doing the best that they can for you.  I believe you could eat a donut that you got from your favorite donut shop that was deep fat fried with sugar on it, and you could bless it, it would do good for you.  That’s what conscious eating is.
