Gary Quinn – Everyday Wisdom for the Soul

Gary-Quinn

OMTimes:  The chapter on The Purification Frequency and attachment to negative behavior is particularly interesting can you tell us something about that and how The Yes Frequency works to change that?

Gary:  YES. The attachment to negative behavior is our daily patterns of old behavior that are deeply embedded in our sub-conscious mind. As children we learn to develop these brain receptors that copy and embed everything into our sub conscious minds. If your everyday life is conditioned by a psyche attuned to problematic behaviors, then like a drug addict you must stay away from that pattern. Our brains are addicted to following the thought configurations they are used to. How do we change the old behavior, response and actions? You must learn to create a new character from the inside out first. Every day we use words and actions that help create and define our lives. Negative words and sharp tones do nothing for us, except perpetuate negative results. You have more control over your own life than you ever thought possible.

Once again, forgiveness heals you and opens up space for love and new opportunities in life. It allows your energy to move freely in uplifting directions.

OMTimes:  What is the most common reason for unhappiness?

Gary:  When we ask people what they want most out life, nearly everyone will say that they just want to be happy. Most individuals are looking for something to make them feel happy. Once they do not receive that situation, item or person. They become unhappy. The bottom line of a great life is happiness. You need to wear it on your sleeve like a designer handbag no matter what. We must have not expectations about everything. Just be happy for no reason. Not because you have so many material items, be in gratitude for you. We need to also realize our full potential and how to make full use of our capacities. “The happiness that is genuinely satisfying”, writes the philosopher Bertrand Russell, “is accompanied by the fullest exercise of our faculties and the fullest realization of the world we live in.” That doesn’t mean that you can’t be happy unless you make millions or are the president of a company. You will only find satisfaction if you feel from within.
