“We speak not only to tell other people what we think, but to tell ourselves what we think. Speech is a part of thought.”  ~Oliver Sacks

The Spiritual Cinema Circle films for this month focus on communication. In Baggage, a young man returns to a life lesson he thought he had left behind. In The Gambling Man, we visit the inspiring real-life story of a retired doctor who is pursuing his life dream to compose music. In What is That?, a father and son learn to reconnect when they sit down together.

This month’s feature, Imagine, is a beautifully made film set in Portugal about an unusual teacher and his visually impaired students.

This month also includes a bonus interview with actress Marilu Henner about the power of memory.
