Sunday Nights Bliss
I wasn’t sure how much I would enjoy this show when it first came out. I now never miss an episode.
From one episode to the next you never know what is going to happen or take place. This is another show where the writing is done so well.
I truly believe writers make a show what it is, but they depend on the actors to get it across on screen. When you have cohesion and talent as this show has, it brings the show to life.
You actually feel for these characters. Revenge is based on a young woman who is trying to give the people who framed her father and killed him what they deserve. She just so happens to be doing this with the Hamptons most elite society. Emily VanCamp does this with grace every time you watch her on screen. The switches in personality in her character are mesmerizing to watch. Nothing to be said for Madeleine Stowe as they name speaks for itself.
Who wouldn’t watch this show? This is another ensemble that makes the show what it is. Nobody outshines another, which is what you sometimes find in a show. The characters and the actors that play them are a pleasure to watch. You have the delicious Madeleine Stowe, Josh Bowman, Gabriel Mann, Nick Wechsler, Christa B. Allen, and Henry Czerny.
You will be on the edge of your seat watching this show. The twist and turn surprises keep you wanting more. I suggest you put a red X on your calendar every Sunday to make it a point to watch this show.
On to the new series Witches of East End which premiered on Sunday, October 6th. Now, this is a fairly new show; however, I am so not disappointed.
