Sunday: You’re doing better with the new regime. You’re moving more freely, dropping weights and deadwood and taking action without pesky strands of self-sabotage. How much larger could your canvas be? Expand it in your mind, and give yourself permission to indulge today, too. Doors open to helpful, productive, even peaceable communication.
