Sashay the Pacific Giant Octopus Gets Released

They hypothesized that Sashay may just like the feel of the fresh water coming in, or it could even be a play behavior.

However, they also mentioned during the feeding later that day that a white color change generally signifies aggression. So, I have no idea what she was doing, but it was definitely very cool!

Octopuses are such fascinating creatures!
