Paul Selig – The Book of Knowing and Worth

Jill Mangino: Your guides speak of “surmounting the illusion of your history.” Can you explain this?

Paul Selig: They say that we think that we’re our history; that we are what we have done or what has happened to us, and to the extent that we do this, we recreate out history in the present. They say that “I know who I am, I know what I am, I know how I serve” is an energetic attunement that will call our frequency back into present time, which is the only time we may know anything. And from this place of present knowing we can choose in a new way. We always have choice and, according to the guides, as long as we have choice, we’re free.

About Paul Selig

A New York City native, he received his Master’s Degree from Yale. Paul’s work now is as a clairaudient, clairvoyant, channel, and empath. Paul has led channeled energy groups for many years. He is the subject of the short documentary film Paul & the Word and was featured on the A&E/Biography channel series The UneXplained, as well as, on Coast to Coast AM with George Noory.

Paul continues to teach workshops around the country including Esalen, Kripalu, Omega Institute and more. A noted playwright and educator, Paul serves on the faculty of NYU and directs the MFA in Creative Writing Program at Goddard College.
