Tanya Brown Finds Forgiveness
Tanya Brown: No, you know what, I think it was. I think my driving motivation to find forgiveness came from my mother, because my mom, God, I am getting tears in my eyes, my mother truly is a saint, and everybody should know a woman like my mother. I firmly believe that if my mom was roaming around the house living in the tragedy talking about it everyday, not moving out of it, not moving through it and living a life of negativity, with no hope, I firmly believe each and every single one of us in that home would have lived out the rest of our lives like that.
But my mother instilled love, hope, faith, peace, compassion. She has amazing coping skills and in her generation that’s what got them through a lot of stuff.
Marlise: Having hope and peace in your life really helps you to take a look what is the most important.
Tanya Brown: Exactly.
Marlise: So, lets go into a Stillness Session now and experience exactly that.

Marlise: So, open your eyes, and come slowly back. I am speaking with Tanya Brown and we are talking about what it takes to come out of depression and how to move through even your deepest challenges. So, Tanya, what would you think is the most important tool that you would like to leave everyone with today?
Tanya Brown: We just did it. Seriously, we need to slow down, our days are too fast as is, and we are missing out on a whole bunch because we are too busy, so we really need to slow down.
