Bob Olson: Answers about the Afterlife

Everyone is going to grieve differently. Everyone is going to have their moments when things are really good and those moments when things are not so good. Many of the questions posed in the book and the answers based on Bob’s research and perception as well as the acknowledgement of utilizing mediums as a way to connect with those that have passed is encouraging.

Bob Olson’s own enthusiasm is why he wants to share this book with others –

“What happens with me is when I have an experience myself that is really significant; I get enthusiastic about it to the point where I want to share it with others. That’s all my work has ever been about. And that is what this book is about. It’s about me wanting to share my own experience with others so that they can go on and have the same experience. The first evidence I found was through a reading with a medium. Still to this day, it probably was the most significant for me. It doesn’t have to be everyone’s path. People can steer many different avenues to understanding life after death. I think it’s [reading with a medium] one of the easiest and certainly one of the best you can get.”

Continuing the discussion of mediums, Bob encourages his readers to go to a medium who is a stranger because they don’t know anything about your life. “If, all of a sudden, they are telling you about your loved ones in spirit – they might not be calling them by their first name, but they are describing them physically, how they died, what they did for work, and they are telling you memories that you had together. This “stranger” could never know this stuff about my loved ones, my memories and my life – that kind of evidence just can be life changing for you.” From my perspective as a medium, each one of us has our own personality and how we deliver messages. The information comes through as a thought, feeling, impression or image. It is a matter of how the medium perceives the information; then, in turn, how they convey it to the person receiving the message. We are simply a “tube” as John Holland refers to it. In the same sense, it is our senses perceiving, conveying it to the sitter/client and then allowing them to recognize it. Mediumistic communication with evidential information can provide the understanding that our loved ones in Spirit are with us by providing their living loved ones with insight, memories and messages that they are very much witnessing their life as it is now.
