Mystical Realm – Fact or Fiction?
Is the Mystical Realm Fact or Fiction?
by Jeni Powell
Once upon a time, long before science was invented, there lived a world that took everything at face value, a world that trusted and required no proof. Now science, albeit relatively young, has instilled a logically minded prove it-type society. Is it possible to explain the mystical realm of dragons and unicorns in scientific terms?
Proof is now coming to light about many subjects that spiritual adepts have known for thousands of years. Quantum biologist Glen Rein, Ph.D. discovered that frequency, vibration, thought and emotion have an effect on cellular structure, while Cleve Baxter found that plants have the capability of feeling emotions and intent, which is something that has developed further in cell memory epigenetics. Science is proving that many things we intrinsically knew, but could not profess to consciously see are now fact.
Mystical Realm – Dragons
Is there merit in us believing in the existence of dragon energy or is it all a myth? Could it be that St. George wielded his mighty sword and thrust it into the ground, penetrating the energy of a dragon? Look beyond the creature we call a dragon and feel into the energy – one that is protective, knowing, powerful and wise. In ancient times, the earth’s energy grid or ley lines were called dragon lines. It is said that the dragon’s purpose is to safeguard the earth, keeping it in perfect balance and continually harmonizing the fluctuating energies of both the physical planet and its etheric field.
With this in mind, perhaps St. George is depicted as interrupting a ley line by placing a metallic instrument in its path to stop the flow of energy. This can be seen widely throughout the world by large stones being placed in or on energy lines to deflect or enhance energy, such as at Stonehenge or Avebury, UK. The metallic elements within the stone, such as copper and iron, could be acting in the same way as a metal sword. Could St. George have been a metaphysician, championing the use of energy rather than relying purely on armies and brute force to overthrow the enemy?
In fables, the fae are said to protect the planet by looking after the flora and fauna and encompass a myriad of other names, such as imps, tree spirits and elves.
Mystical Realm – Tree Spirits
It is said that the symbiotic tree spirits and trees are allies to the dragons and assist with communication. In the film Avatar, the complex tree root system spread across the whole of the realm providing “some kind of electrochemical communication between the roots of trees.” It is as if the dragons are the main hub sending out their energetic beacon and the trees are the satellite support system.
Over the past few years, many researchers have experimented with this idea of a biochemical highway or plant internet and discovered that a fungus by the name of Mycorrhizae creates an extensive underground network connecting plants by their roots. In 2013, Professor David Johnson of the University of Aberdeen conducted experiments to show that aphid infested plants could signal to other plants connected through mycorrhizae of an imminent attack, allowing them to mount a chemical defense system. These fungi form a symbiotic relationship with the plant, sending these root extensions out over great expanses allowing a solid network of communication.
This is not the first or only study to discover plant communication. It has also been found that mycorrhizae only exist in undisturbed soil and the fungi are missing from the less healthy intensely farmed plants. Perhaps this is a wake-up call for us to preserve our forests, so that we can strengthen the energetic grid around the earth. In mythical terms, we could say that we are enhancing communication with the tree spirits, trees and dragons to ultimately preserve our world. We are constantly reminded everywhere that we are all connected, and that we are all one. Seeing this bigger picture, perhaps we are more interconnected than we think!
Mystical Realm – Fairy Fae
The fae exude enchantment. Read any fairy tale book or timeless children’s books, such as Enid Blyton’s The Magic Faraway Tree, and it is easy to lose yourself in the magic, sense of adventure and curiosity that reign inside the pages. This is a form of pure escapism for the soul and in the case of children, the soul that has yet to establish itself in the body. Fairy tales are the means to allow the spirit to be free, to wander, to roam outside of the vessel we call a body, and to allow the freedom of space and non-restriction in order for them to adjust and strengthen to this human form.
Therefore, could this have a logical angle? Using the precept that thought and feeling create action, could the mere thought of escaping from the human body and feeling free allow the young spirit to expand and energize, bringing back to reality a stronger energy that can harmonize with the human body? Or perhaps from this chaos of random thoughts of freedom, a sense of organized material is reached, which is creation.
Mystical Realm – Unicorns
For centuries, unicorns were dormant in the eyes and hearts of humanity, but now we see an influx of these wonderful mystical creatures. The children of today rave about unicorns. Unicorns appear on any item that would appeal to children from cute cuddly stuffed toys to practical bedlinen. So, why this sudden fascination and need for the children to have this unicorn energy around them?
Unicorns are usually portrayed as proud, white horses with flowing manes and tails sporting a brilliant white horn at their third eye. They epitomize divinity, purity and true spirit. Is it that this new breed of energetically advanced children need the influx of purity and divinity infused into their own energy systems to keep them balanced – to almost neutralize the negativity, war, poverty and lower frequency energies that exist on our planet today? Will science ultimately prove that our children resonate at a higher frequency and that they will need something to maintain this?
Is this mystical realm fact or fiction? In the future, this could be fact, but for now it is all speculation, and we will have to call it a fable.
