Simone Milasas – Joy Of Business
Christopher Buck: That’s true, that’s true. I have seen this myself. When we started Humanity Healing, and we were doing it because we saw this as our soul calling, and we very much enjoyed what we’re doing, but it took a while, even as we put our heart and our souls into it, for things started to shift around and the money start coming in so we could do our humanitarian projects. For us, every day is a new level of joy, but I don’t think most people, really love what they do. What advice do you have for them to shift that mindset–?
Simone Milasas: The first thing I would look at is ask a question. Questions will give you so much information and change most things. Have a look at what you’re currently doing, and do you love it. Is it a choice that you go to work every day or you have that business, or have you made it a necessity?
If it’s a necessity, no one loves to have that energy of of a necessity around. You usually prefer to have the energy of choice around. So, ask, and if you were choosing your reality, what would you choose? If you were choosing your business, what would you choose? And what if you were able to start that, no matter what it is and no matter what it looks like, and actually start to create your life, which I always look at business as your life and life as your business, and start to create it as the way you’d like it to look.
This is it. This is your life. So, is it looking the way you’d like it to look like? And if it’s not, then change it.
Christopher Buck: Do you think a lot of people have a debt mindset as opposed to one of prosperity? And how would you advise them to shift that? Simply by looking at what they’re doing and asking if that is, in fact, what you want to do?
