What has spirituality to do with being footloose? Spirituality is a path one chooses, and footloose is the ability to travel freely and do as one pleases due to a lack of responsibilities or commitments.
How Footloose are You?
No two individuals have the same blueprint. Their life paths may align or run parallel similar to twin flames, where the union is a powerful magnetic pull to collide and resonate the highest light frequencies. Apart from the twin flame connection, all human beings have a chosen path to tread upon for their highest evolution. The more one realizes the spiritual course of their life, the more one opens up to truly living an authentic life, which involves living from the heart center.
How Footloose is Your Spirit?
Being spiritual has nothing to do with religion, idol worship, chanting or anything external to us. It’s as simple as living from the inside out and from a place of absolute integrity, truth and compassion. It’s living from the soul level, while expressing the power of your light and the eternal being you are. Believing in yourself, respecting yourself, coming from a place of authenticity; this all involves walking your talk!
Spirituality also means respecting others for who they are, their life purpose and their choices and to just let them be who they are. When we realize our path the same way, we should not enforce our choices or wisdom on others. In other words, perhaps their soul agenda doesn’t resonate with ours.
Reconciling the Spiritual and Material
Another question that comes up in one’s mind is, “How do two people, one having a purely spiritual agenda and other with a material agenda, co-exist?” This answer to this may be challenging, but one can still understand. In such relationships, respect is pivotal and boundaries need to be set. Subsequently, one needs to respect two deviant paths and yet merge in love. Many people keep wondering, “Is it that only a selected few are nominated to move on a spiritual path? Is it a chosen path or does it just happen?” One has to figure out if it is their calling or is it something that just feels right.
Many individuals are old souls most likely living their last incarnation on Earth. Their life is meant to be lived in service of others. They chose this highly evolved way of being even before they opted to incarnate. Then, there are others who undergo certain significant life-altering events in their life, and they turn towards the path their soul wants them to, which is often spirit directed. They realize that the more they let go of a material way of life, the more they feel at peace. The more they serve people, the more they are served by Spirit.
Footloose, or Sleepwalking?
The third category of individuals seem to sleepwalk through life. There is no harm in that because that is what they chose to experience before they incarnated on Earth. However the case may be, at the end of the day, the path that resonates happiness is yours to keep. There are no judgments here. Surely the ones on the spiritual path have a tightrope to walk on for their soul agenda tends to be a challenging one. The more they serve selflessly, the better it gets for them.
Some skeptics believe that spiritualism is nothing but an escapism to face the real practical side of life. These people just cannot fathom the intangible work of lightworkers. It is deemed intangible because all lightworkers operate from an energetic level. The disbelievers feel oracle readers, mediums, psychics and healers are misguided or frauds. Sadly, such people forget that what they refer to as being footloose or craziness is actually a beautiful gift very few possess and often times is a rare find. Interestingly, these very skeptics may seek assistance from a lightworker when a misfortune befalls them.
Another point of confusion among the general public is questioning if all spiritual people are lightworkers. From my perception, the answer is no, all spiritual people are not lightworkers. Only the ones who choose to serve others are unanimously given the name lightworkers. There are many business/corporate people, defense personnel and educationists who are very spiritual, yet they may not be involved in energy healing work. Spirituality is a way of being. It’s totally up to us whether we are inclined to take our spirituality to the next level and serve people through spiritual work.
Once we are on the path, there are a lot of tests we will go through. Spirit will send people into our life along with circumstances and situations who will mirror our intent providing us with many realizations. Trust the process as it will take you where you are meant to – closer to god consciousness. The more pure you become, the more people you will serve as that is the way of Spirit. Whether you are being spiritual or footloose, the reality is deep within.
