Veronica Lee: A Mystic with a Mission

Now I feel like I’m opening a can of worms. I don’t mean to – I don’t want to say it like it’s all fun and games and integrity doesn’t matter. Of course integrity matters. The point I’m emphasizing is that in order to tap into your own intuition and skills you have to make it fun at first and not take it so serious! No one expects a first year baseball player to hit a home run. It’s about fun and learning skills, and as you develop your skill and want to pursue it more seriously, then the structure starts to form a little more with guidelines and conscious practices.

This is when the teacher starts to emerge. The piece I see that is important about teaching is really walking your walk. There are so many teachers out there who hold their students to a higher standard than themselves. I’m not sure if this is something you’ve seen, Liane, but it’s something of the shadow side of being a spiritual teacher that I see again and again. Thankfully, as we become clearer and more aware, this is less likely to work. The real key is to be authentic.

OMTIMES: You are also one of the top psychics here in the USA, how do you merge these two gifts, the one of sight and the one of healing/counseling?

VERONICA LEE: Oh, wow – thank you, Liane. That’s so sweet. I have to admit, it’s really cool what I do. I like doing readings because it does come so naturally to me – I can’t help seeing people. Not seeing what I see is kind of like asking me not to notice someone’s brown hair, or the wart on their nose. It’s just there, but I don’t stare, so to speak. I only look deeper when someone asks me to; like the difference between standing on their front porch and being invited inside their house.

How I differentiate what I do is pretty simple: I do readings and I do mentoring. Readings, for me, are question-based. My clients ask whatever they wish to ask and I simply bring forth their information as concisely as possible. The reason I like them to ask questions is that I want them to be empowered to ask what is important to them. I follow their lead.
