Caroline Myss: Challenges of a Spiritually Conscient Person
Sylvia Henderson: I wanted to talk also about something you mentioned earlier, which–we’re becoming a galactic community. Can you expand on that a little bit?
Caroline Myss: Well, what I know for certain is that the–in the Vatican now there is a Congress going on. I say a Congress–let’s say discussions of serious intent. And they have been going on for a couple of years manned by astrobiologists, astrophysicists, philosophers, theologians, astronomers–and I emphasize not astrologers, astronomers. And they are constructing a galactic theology and–because they know extraterrestrial contact has already happened. And the former Secretary of Defense of Canada has addressed the public on several occasions in Canada, saying, “We have to release what we know to be true about this to the public and stop lying to them. We know that there’s been communication and contact with extraterrestrials.” And this is, you know, people–so, whenever–when I mention this to groups people smile, and they applaud. And somehow or other they have this notion that if things come from above, they must be godlike, they must be more conscious, they must be angelic. They must–somehow or other people associate if it comes from above it must be celestial and conscious and cosmic. I mean, there’s something about, if it comes from up, it must have a god quality to it or something. But, it may well be that we are such a low life planet because we can’t stop killing each other. We simply can’t stop abusing our own base. What kind of species does that? We simply can’t stop killing. We pour our creativity into killing, in destruction, when there can be so much creation going on. But, that’s not what we do. And then, we tell ourselves that we are so conscious. But, where we put most of our energies is to feel badly, and therapy, and to trying to figure out why we’re not happy, and into destructive activities, into processing wounds.
Sylvia Henderson: So, with the galactic community you mentioned that just because they come from another planet–doesn’t necessarily mean that they have great intentions. But, are there–I mean, do you feel that there would be some assistance we could receive from others, from another universe or another planet that would help us to resolve this because.
