Lynn Zambrano: HSP and Living Consciously
Lynn Zambrano: Understanding the Highly Sensitive Person
“Give up the struggle for control. Allow life to unfold and emotion to pass through you.” ~ Lynn Zambrano
Lynn Zambrano grew up feeling like an outsider, feeling different somehow. Feeling things intensely, the moods of others, bright lights, loud noises, even how a fabric feels, was overwhelming. She didn’t know the words highly sensitive person or empath growing up, nor did she understand that the intuitive information she received was different than other people. Lynn learned the word empath and what it meant to be intuitive much later. Learning those words began a journey…
Lynn Zambrano worked as the nurse in psychiatry, on a crisis unit. While working as a bedside nurse, she began to explore the correlation between feelings and energy vibrations. She began to see that patients who had good outcomes shared a willingness to let go of old thought patterns and step into forming new ones, which in turn affected their energy signature. They were changing their frequency and gained a new perspective on their situations.
Lynn Zambrano’s mission is to support and guide others through discomfort and into growth and empowerment. She believes we are all connected, thus to effect change in today’s world she must begin sharing what she has learned through her experience. Everything comes into form through vibration; thoughts and beliefs mold it accordingly. The balance between conscious mind and ego mind is critical. Without it you are not mindfully creating but are creating unconsciously which leads to chaos and suffering. She is a regular featured writer on OMTimes Magazine.

Please share a little background about how you started your own Transcendent Journey; and what event was responsible for awakening the Spiritual part of your life?
Lynn Zambrano: I grew up feeling like an outsider, and I felt things intensely, the moods of others, bright lights, loud noises, even how a fabric feels, could be overwhelming. I didn’t know the terms highly sensitive person or empath growing up, and I didn’t understand that the intuitive and energetic information I received was different than other people. I learned what it meant to be sensitive much later, which began an inner journey of self-discovery.
