Most of you know your Personal Year number for 2015 so just move on to the next number for 2016. For example if you were in a 3 Personal Year in 2015, you move into a 4 Personal Year in 2016. If you were in a 9 Personal Year in 2015, you will be starting a new nine-year cycle so you will be in a 1 Personal Year as of January 2016.

Numerology Forecast: If you are in a 1 PERSONAL YEAR, January 2016 is a 2 PERSONAL MONTH for you:
A 1 Personal Year brings you opportunities as well as the desire and determination to make something new happen in your life. Still, be aware that January 2016 can bring some delays and even confusion about what direction to go in. Be patient with yourself. Later in the month, you will see a clearer direction and be more confident in yourself and your ability to “make something happen”.
New friendships are on the agenda, or maybe a new love interest. Friends play a key role this month and you may have to play the role of counselor helping them resolve some differences and find harmonious solutions. You are particularly intuitive and this will help you to give the best of advice. It is best that you avoid arguments this month but rather take the “high ground” and try to keep the peace. Being aggressive or argumentative will not be in your best interest. This will not be easy to do because you will be feeling overly sensitive this month and your feelings could be easily hurt, especially if someone is critical. Keep this in mind. Don’t overreact.
Trust me, this is going to be a year of new beginnings for you but it starts off slowly and patience is required.

You start off your year in the very romantic month of January 2016. Whether you are focusing on your partner or are single and looking to meet someone new, you should be feeling a bit more carefree this month and ready to have a good time. Take advantage of any opportunities to relax, kick back and just be social. Say yes to those party invitations or throw a dinner party yourself and invite your friends. It is an opportune time to express yourself and let your feelings be known and I promise you will be most charming. This is also an excellent time for self-improvement especially when it comes to your appearance so schedule an appointment at the salon or maybe update your wardrobe. You will be glad you did.
If you have a creative project on the agenda, this month will enhance your creative juices although you may feel a bit scattered and have a difficult time finishing what you begin. Try to stay on task. Let those creative ideas flow. Writing, public speaking, or anything artistic is fully supported this month.

Your 3 Personal Year is meant to be a social one and it focuses on creativity and self-improvement.
This is a month to apply that creativity to work. You may come up with some innovative ideas or be able to inspire your co-workers. It is important you apply yourself this month and get the job done. You have to focus more and be disciplined no matter how playful and carefree you feel. Don’t put things off or procrastinate because you may waste an opportunity and end up having regrets that you did not try harder.
Make a list of things to do, stick to it and try not to lose the list.
Anything that serves to build a foundation for your future success is a good idea this month. Feel free to get organized. Perhaps you have been considering doing some remodeling or a project related to your home. This is a good month to implement it. You also might work on your website to make sure it is in good working order or perhaps, it is time to overhaul your work space and clear the clutter and make it more efficient. Even if you are a stay at home Mom, January 2016 is a good month to get organized around the house.
A word of caution: be careful of being judgmental and critical of others. Your enhanced ability to express yourself this year could get you into “hot water”.

You feel more like sewing some wild oats than buckling down this month but work you must although this month will certainly bring some unexpected events your way. There is the possibility of work-related travel. Try as hard as you may to plan your agenda, things may need to be revised so perhaps give some thought to a Plan B for every scenario.
The 5 month is excellent for communication so promote yourself at work, share your ideas and network as much as possible. You could also even try a different direction entirely so do not be afraid to step outside of your comfort zone.
If you are looking for a job, make sure you send out as many resumes as possible this month because the energy is favorable for getting an offer. If you have been planning a move, chances are the stars will align in January 2016 to allow for it. Just one word of caution, be careful with your spending because you are liable to be very impulsive.

Everyone will want your time and attention in January 2016, including friends, co-workers and family. This is a wonderful month to enhance your relationships. You will feel more outgoing and communicative. Do not be surprised if you are called upon to offer some advice or a sympathetic shoulder to lean on by friends and family this month. This month focuses upon your giving love and support to the people in your life most important to you. Family-related activities will be on your agenda this month. There is also a good chance that you will meet someone entirely new in the love or friendship department.
You seem to be feeling a need for changes so do not be surprised if you make some adjustments to your work routine or switch it up a bit. Change is good. This is your year for being a bit more adventurous and perhaps stepping outside your comfort zone.
There could be some positive financial news as well, perhaps job related.

Perhaps the holidays have left you drained and you are ready for a bit of R&R. You may have some extra time off this month and I would suggest making use of it by reading or studying something to enhance your personal knowledge.
You may want to take a class or attend a seminar.
Try to get some additional rest and eat right as your health may not be quite up to par this month. If you do get sick, consider some holistic treatments such as Reiki, Reflexology, herbal remedies or therapeutic massage along with your traditional methods.
You will find meditation rewarding this month; your dreams may be especially insightful. Your intuitiveness is also in high gear. You do not necessarily have to do a formal meditation. Spending time in nature, lost in your thoughts, works just as well.
This year is going to bring a great deal of emphasis on your relationships with family although you may not be aware of that just yet. Spend some time letting your loved ones know how much they mean to you and put a little effort into your relationships. You will be glad you did.

Your 7 Year will a journey in self-discovery as you will be doing a lot of inner work and soul growth. This month will place some emphasis on career and finances and it is very possible that you will receive recognition or rewards from something you have done in the past. This will help to boost your confidence. Take some time this month to create some goals and plan for the long term. Do a little research and give your future some serious thought. Financially this should be a good month for you but be careful not to overspend. There may be an additional expense this month you did not plan on. If money is owed to you, chances are you will receive it this month.
Meditation is the key for you this year so spend time daily in meditation. Your spiritual awareness is heightened. There should be significant growth in your awareness and enlightenment by year’s end.
You may get a little lost in your thoughts which will make you appear distant to your loved ones. You may feel a need to spend time alone. Be aware of this and reach out to assure them that you do love them and all is well.

This year will be one that brings you recognition and rewards and even financial gains so you have a lot to look forward to. Still, there is some letting go to do in January 2016. You may have stress on a relationship and decide to end it. You may also be looking at other areas of your life where it is time to let go of things that are no longer serving your highest and greatest good. Best to make those changes so you can move forward. Your finances are set to improve over the year and experiencing difficulties with finances at this point only serves to motivate you to set goals and work smarter and harder to avoid being in this position. Next month will bring greater clarity so be patient this month.

You can look forward to a new opportunity this month. It certainly can be related to your career and you should move in that direction. It is also a good time to begin a project or perhaps start work on a few of your New Year’s resolutions. Still, you may spend some time looking back to the past and wondering about where you are in life. Perhaps things did not turn out exactly as you had planned or what you have worked so hard for is not what really fulfills you. This is going to be a year in which you will finish up a 9-year Cycle and let go of the old and prepare for the new. It can be an emotional year unless you understand the purpose.
Shaky relationships are tested and you may feel unwilling to carry on whether these relationships involve a loved one or friends. Understand that as you evolve, you outgrow relationships and sometimes the best policy is to move on. This month will certainly push you to examine them on a deeper level.
Take some time and do a little self-exploration and pay attention to your emotions. Give thought to what in your life gives you joy and, on the flip side, what is making you unhappy. In many ways, what you discover in January 2016 will plot the course of your entire year.
