Raise Your Energy Signature #1 – Focus and stay in the present moment

Living in the present moment is the source of your power and energy!

If you are continually living in a state of anxiety about the future or reliving the past, then you are wasting the energy available to you in the present moment. In doing so, you are directing all your energetic circuits to feed unreachable goals.

Practice the forgiving yourself and others, letting go of the past, and cutting cords and bonds with those low-vibrating energies. In doing so, you open yourself to experience the magic and beauty of living in the now.

 

Raise Your Energy Signature #2 – Concentrate on your breathing

To experience an immediate energetic improvement, just close your eyes and focus your mind on your breath. Bring all your consciousness to the act to breathe in and breathe out.



This practice takes you into your body, soothes the nervous system and increases your awareness of the present moment. By focusing on your breath, you become aware of your mind and all the energies around you.

The simple discipline of concentration brings you back to the present moment and allows you to experience all the wealth it contains.

 

Raise Your Energy Signature #3 – Focus on nature

Nature is a natural mood lift and is an excellent way to increase your vibrational frequency.

We recommend that you do not wait until your energy runs out to spend time in nature; be proactive.

If you are not sure what to do to integrate nature energies, allow us to suggest you some ideas:

We spent the days in a constant state of multitasking and overload. Daily activities may leave us drained, and most of the times frustrated because we feel that our to-do list grows more and more, and our time to act upon those tasks gets shorter.

So, what is the solution?

Focus on inspired action. Prioritize and act on the things that add more value to your life and the lives of those around you.

Slow down, and consciously focus on what matters most in your life.

So, take the time to understand your feelings.

There is a misconception that if a feeling is not constructive, you must eliminate it.

This is the absolute opposite of being a real spiritual being.
