Beauty truly is in the eye of the beholder.

The“B” like Body: Beauty, Beliefs, and Blossoming

 by Johanna Kern

When we were born, the first thing that we noticed was our body. It breathes, moves and works for us around the clock. Our body is our most loyal friend. It loves us, it works for us and supports us in our growth. If our body fails us in any way, it is never at fault.

Beauty:

Each body, regardless of its shape, weight, or age is in its unique way beautiful. Of course, we all have a preference. However, the preferences are mostly associated with current trends or the way our environment has programmed us.

While current fashions push the overly skinny image on society – not everyone is naturally slim.

Our bodies often become more round because of their nature. There is nothing to correct. All is the way it is supposed to be. On the other hand, if we become overweight or overly skinny because of neglecting our health, it needs to be addressed.

Beliefs:

Preferences, just as trends, often change, just as the definition of beauty. Each of us is unique. If we take a look at other animals in nature, we realize that they perceive all bodies as equally precious.

Imagine the reaction of a Bulldog if we told him that he was too fat. Alternatively, picture a Greyhound’s response if we told him he’s too skinny. Or we told a Chihuahua that he’s too short, and a Great Dane that he’s too tall. They would probably roar from laughter.

Our bodies love life and want us to love life. They are happy when we are happy. They help us to fulfill our dreams, achieve success and fill our lives with happiness. If we become ill, it’s not a reason to stop loving our bodies or deny ourselves the joy of life. Just as we love our dearest friends, no matter how they look, or how they feel, healthy or ill, we can love our bodies in sickness as well.

Everybody is beautiful and precious. Whether slim, round, tall, short, young, old, healthy or unhealthy, it is important that we remember that.

Blossoming:

When we treat our body in a caring, loving way, it will gain only as much weight as it is natural for its life cycles, it will stay in good shape, and it will age in a graceful, natural way. What we think – we become.

According to our perception, our gene activity can significantly change.

However, the most effective way to mold our body to our needs is to change our subconscious beliefs. Our subconscious overrides what we consciously think of ourselves. Therefore it is so important to get down to the bottom of our subconscious programming.

For centuries, successful and influential people have been using tools that have brought them extraordinary results. Using effective subconscious programming, many ordinary people have turned illness into health, failure into success, unhappiness into the joy of living.

To enjoy and love our naturally beautiful and healthy bodies, we need to change our subconscious beliefs about ourselves.

FIRST:

It is important to accept and love the body just the way it is. It believes what we say. If we treat it with resentment or even with hate, it will believe that it is not good enough, not beautiful enough, not young or healthy enough. It becomes sluggish, unhappy, overweight or too skinny, it ages too quickly or develops various illnesses. Whatever we say to our body becomes its reality and in return our reality. Yes, that is exactly how it works. When we treat the body with love, we are repaid with love. We become healthier and more fit.  It will even change its shape naturally and healthily.

SECOND:

It is important to treat the body as our best friend. When we offer it gifts, such as vitamins, natural supplements, healthy, nourishing food, fresh air, proper exercise, clothes or jewelry that we find attractive, anything that makes us happy, then it will thrive and glow with happiness.

Change Your Beliefs about Beauty

When feeling attractive and beautiful, our body naturally becomes attractive and beautiful.

To let the body fully blossom, we need to rejoice in the simple pleasures of life. All of nature expresses its joy of living, one way or another. When we observe nature, we notice how playful birds and animals are, how vegetation is thriving. Rekindling our joy helps our bodies to become healthier, stronger, happier and thriving.

We can trust our body’s inner wisdom.

When we learn to love the body during all its natural cycles, it will never become seriously ill, out of shape, too skinny or too fat.

All our body wants is that we treat it with love and respect.
