The Justice Card: The Tarot Arcane for April 2020
The Energy Forecast for the month of April 2020 brings The Justice Card to the forefront.
The Justice Card Arcanum for April: The Adjustment
The Tarot Card for the month of April is the Arcane of the Justice, the 8th card of the Major Arcana: the Justice Card. In some Tarot decks, such as Aleister Crowley’s, this card is known as the Adjustment. The number 8 belongs to the realms of the realists and organized souls. They reflect people who have a keen critical sense, those who can take control. The number 8 represents the symbol of the infinity.
There is a higher court than courts of justice and that is the court of conscience. It supersedes all other courts. ~Mahatma Gandhi
The first Septenary phase of the Tarot ends at the Arcane of the Chariot. Therefore, the reading of this first “spiritual” order has been completed.
We now enter the middle realm, the set of balancing cards – the second Septenary of the Tarot, which starts with Arcane VIII – the Justice Card.
We regard the archetype of Justice, the same way we judge by the attributes of the scale and who wields the sword when it is necessary to employ a punishment.
This new Tarot cycle is related to Soul stuff, that is, or what “animates” us (reason and personality), or what inspires us and clarifies what our Life Purpose is. In this phase, the individual will try to pursue personal satisfaction and lessen life’s dilemmas and sufferings. Besides, this Arcane brings a touch of moderation, lighter attitudes, and generosity that will guide professional and loving relationships for anyone willing to build something more serene and peaceful for everyone.
So, a bit of good news – peace and prosperity will knock on your door. Follow a more measured, prudent, and cautionary route concerning your dreams, opinions, and beliefs, thus avoiding mistakes, exaggerations, and unthinkable situations with important or strategic people crossing your path.
Finally, avoid boredom and discouragement, but don’t try to smother them with uncontrolled attitudes or drama. Know how to deal with your weaknesses and seek greater personal well-being filled with self-love before blaming anyone for it. See also which Tarot card that will rule this month for your sign!
The Justice Card is an alerting Arcane. It asks you to be wise and know how to think carefully in your decision-making processes.
In the Tarot, the Justice Card is the representation of karma in our lives, know that everything that decides or acts at this moment (the good, the bad, and the ugly) will result in the future consequences.
It is in the arcane VIII of the Tarot that we encounter the archetypical occurrences of the teste of the Initiates and Rites of Passage.
When the Card of Justice faces us head-on, there is no way to deceive her.
This Arcanum, in a positive way, reveals the ability to make balanced decisions, exempting the emotional influences that may be involved in challenging situations. The Arcanum VIII, the Justice Card, is honest, resilient, and resistant to temptations. It is “the sage” archetype, and also very much a neutral one.
Justice, as a Tarot Card, is the representation of individual destiny. It personifies a moment of reckoning with something that you have left open in past lives, or it is a karmic event that requires that in this life, you do not make the same mistakes again and that you have to be sure that you learned your lesson.
Do not take any steps or make any decision without thinking, without pondering, without reflecting. Therefore, seek self-knowledge, understand all sides, imagine solutions with clarity and harmony, do nothing without studying in detail what can win or lose any event. Above all, be fair, don’t try to improve the situation for yourself by going over other people, because ahead of the circumstances may turn against you.
