A Pandemic Pantry: Is Your Kitchen Prepared?

By #HappyPear

Want to know how to what to buy for your kitchen cupboards over the coming weeks?

We based this on food that can be used in multiple ways and multiple recipes, is highly nutritious and is cheap and widely available.

Have you noticed that people are getting somewhat crazy about buying and hoarding necessities in this time of quarantine, and many times, they are making poor choices when deciding what to buy? We should priority a selection of food that is heavily nutritional, versatile, and that doesn’t go off. It will mean basic food that can last longer without compromising its integrity and its nutritional content.

What is the Best Food to Buy In Pandemic Pantry Times?

Prioritize buying Seeds and Grains in their dry form. Beans, corn, lentils are high in protein and can be purchased in their canned form, but when bought dry, they are cheaper and have a bigger shelf life.

Concentrate on buying whole-grain foods, they are more nutritional and will keep you and your family high in energy integrity.

When selecting sauces as the base of your cooking, think about what you need for your basic kitchen. Our suggestion would be coconut milk if you want to cook Asian food or canned tomato sauce, and also the classic bouillon cubes and vegetable stock, and you may even try almond butter sauce that can be dissolved as a thick sauce and used as a stock to prepare heavily nutritionally dense foods.
