Nowadays, we often hear this word. Meditation. It seems that everybody is meditating now. In social media, they recommend us to meditate for relaxation, to free our mind, to discover our hidden abilities, to improve our health. I think that I had meditated long before I learned how it was called and how to do it. Much longer before I became Shakuntali Siberia and understood my mission of helping women to be healthier and stronger and created my “Online Temple school” and the course “The women of Power”. When I was a child, I used to close my eyes imagining the fairy adventures and the people whom I had met once; I used to trace my feelings, and sometimes it seemed to me that I was drifted away somewhere towards the middle of the dream and reality. I remember waking up from those “fantasies” full of energy and new ideas. This was the beginning that thereafter returned me back to my predestination – Shakuntali Siberia.

In our days, it became fashionable to meditate, and the true purpose of meditation is more and more being covered with dust.

Our subconsciousness is the key to everything

Magic of meditation can be easily explained: everything is in our subconsciousness.

We are born not an empty water pot waiting to be filled with the life knowledge by our parents and tutors but already being a self-sufficient creature. As a new-born child, we inherit the experience of the previous generations, their fears, joy, and inner wisdom. Day by day, this experience is being buried in new knowledge, doubts, frustrations, and life pictures of the people we are living with. This is an amazing experience of love and devotion, but in a way, we are stuck in the situation when we lose our true selves. And we must find and win our true self back to live our life full and beautiful. At this step, meditation comes.

 

Regaining yourself back

The program in my “Online Temple School” and other separate courses of Shakuntali Siberia are aimed to awaken and increase your natural Female Energy, improve your health, and lead you to even more success and prosperity. But for now, it can be started with meditation.

Meditation is in listening to yourself and discovering yourself anew. Meditating we improve not only our mental but also a physical state. Meditation helps us:

– to understand who we really are and what we really want;

– to improve our health considerably;

– to concentrate our mind on important things.

Although meditation is widely spread now, still, a lot of people think that it is not available for any human being. The point is that not everybody realizes how many varieties of meditations exist. I was the lucky one: the first meditation that I was introduced to by my tutor matched me perfectly and uncovered my depths. Shakuntali Siberia was awakening inside of me then.

In fact, there are dozens of types, and of course, not any of them is suitable for everybody. That is why it is very important choosing the person to be your master on this issue should be somebody you completely trust and who knows you well. A wrong meditation type may spoil your first experience in this wonderful way of self-discovery.

Shakuntali Siberia – No more myths about meditation

There are certain widespread myths about meditation.

1. You can only meditate sitting cross-legged on the floor on the yoga mat.

In reality, it does not matter at all in what pose you are meditating. During the practices in my “Online Temple School”, we meditate even lying on the back – the pose should be just comfortable for you. The only requirement is that the back should be in a straight position, but even this is not obligatory.

 

2. Getting into depths of the meditating condition is very hard and cannot be achieved by anyone.

All you have to do is listen to yourself and – in case of guided meditation, for example, with me, Shakuntali Siberia, – to your tutor, and everything will go naturally.

 

3. The meditation process takes a long time.

It depends on you and the goals that you would like to achieve. It may be 10 minutes or 1 hour, and the quality does not depend on the time spent.

 

4. Meditation is connected to religion.

It surely does, in a way, but in the first place, it is a mental practice that is aimed at your self-development, and may be used by the people of all religions and views.

 

5. During the meditation process, it is necessary to stop the flow of my thoughts.

In fact, it is not. Moreover, in particular meditating practices, that is the purpose – to trace your every thought.
