Rose quartz, often referred to as the “love stone,” has been treasured for centuries for its energetic properties associated with all forms of love: self-love, romantic love, love for family, platonic love, and unconditional love. This is a basic crystal in any energy healer’s collection.

Rose quartz’s energy is nurturing, gentle, and warm, helping to foster feelings of compassion and forgiveness. It assists in purifying the heart and promotes deep inner healing, self-acceptance, self-worth, and self-esteem.
