The Relaxed Soul: You Are… What You Find in Meditation

Meditation fills the void, clears the heart, and allows peace to filter into the mind… thus allowing the body to absorb the peace, and thus healing takes place.

Healing not only mind but also spirit.

Able to laugh more, the meditating soul finds illumination in the workings of the world. He sees the folly and steps back and laughs at Maya’s powerful images.

Then the senses take a back seat to the workings of inner world… for to know the true self is to know all. To take a chance and delve within… everyone finds more than their fair share of love. Love that is always there, but covered up by the rantings and ravings of the illusion, that the senses bring to mind.

In the depths of meditation… one finds constant renewal… renewal that gives birth to creativity and spontaneous acts of love. Once set free the meditation soul is no longer bound in chains imprisoned in the world most know.

The meditation soul shines light upon everyone he meets, and they too soak up his inner peace… thus the globe itself is nudged back into perfect balance.

Thus all moves according to the cosmic plan… and the light meets darkness… and light warms the depths of world… bringing love to the surface of the great OCEAN… one drop… one soul at a time.
