Healing & Recovery – Day 3
12 Things that MUST be on Your Everyday “TO DO” List
3. Make a list of what you are grateful for everyday and look at it throughout the day or when you get that feeling that you need it. I like to post little messages for myself on my bathroom mirror or on my door or nightstand for when I wake up. You can put them on index cards as well and tape them around the house with positive quotes or words. This acts as a constant reminder. You can also carry some in you bag at all times. It good to keep out minds focused on good positive thoughts when we feel we are leaning towards the negative. Once our mind goes into that negative area, we tend to get stuck in quick sand. It is hard to come out of that and soon enough it consumes us. So this challenge is very important.
Xo peace and love
