4. Laugh. Laughter is the best medicine you can give yourself. Humor is the spice of life. I know this sounds cliché, but it is a fact. When we are happy we laugh, when we are angry we laugh, and when we are sad we laugh. You notice that in between all these emotions that we never stop laughing. The key is to turn these emotions into positive ones and the laughter will become more and more present in your life. You will find yourself doing so often. Be serious when you have to be…otherwise be silly and goofy. My challenge for you today is to be silly and goofy. Just forget about being an adult for a little while and be a kid again.
