Smell Today we are going to exercise one of our most primal senses, smell. It enhances our whole brain function.
The Practice:
Smell everything you can and notice how you feel about that scent.
Please feel free to blog what smells good and doesn’t. Also things that you had not noticed the scent of before focusing on it- like a pen or money or rock.
The Benefit:
When we focus of this aspect of our nature, we often learn that we have been muffling our sense of smell. Aromas give us a lot of non-verbal information. Shifting our awareness to smell gives us a different perspective on our lives for just a day.
