Not just another pretty face

OMTimes Media, Inc. is a fully owned corporation of Humanity Healing International, a legal 501 (c) (3) public charity.  OMTimes Media, Inc. is a 502 corporation, commonly called a Feeder Corporation, which is a for-profit corporation wholly owned by a nonprofit 501 (c) (3) organization.  This allows all profits of OMTimes to be transferred to Humanity Healing International for the work of the charity without tax consequences.  OMTimes Media, Inc. is proud to sponsor the good works of Humanity Healing International.  You can learn more about the current projects by visiting http://humanityhealing.org.

OMTimes Magazine has continued to grow at a rapid pace, from a monthly edition in 2009 to a weekly edition in 2013.  We believe this growth is due to both the awesomeness of the writers and the quality of their articles, but also to the purpose of OMTimes, which is not one of profit for personal gain, but one of intention to Do Good in the world.
