You can also hang diplomas and other reminders of your intellectual achievements and pursuit of knowledge in that corner, or place a bookcase there with inspiring and intellectual books that you love.
If you seek greater spirituality, since wisdom and spirituality are so closely related, you may place a small area for meditation in that corner of the room. Perhaps it includes a comfortable chair upholstered in dark green, and a collection of dark colored stones in a bowl, which will create a sense of grounding and stability when you sit and meditate there.
Do not use books or other reminders of business in the knowledge area of your bedroom, as it may prevent restful sleep. If you must, because of space constraints, keep a desk or bookshelf in your bedroom, place a barrier, such as a curtain or screen, between it and the sleeping area. You should not be able to see that part of the room when you sleep. If you must keep these items in your bedroom, the wisdom corner would be a good place for them — again, as long as you can’t see them when you sleep.
Wisdom and Your Whole House or Apartment The layout of your home will also affect how easily its inhabitants pursue knowledge and wisdom. If the first room you see when you enter a home is a study or library, residents likely spend a lot of time in the pursuit of wisdom and knowledge.
But a study in this position, rather than a living room, also runs the risk of making residents a bit too studious — they may miss out on opportunities created through social encounters and be poor at networking or reaching out to others.
