Another thing that is pretty cool about our success story couples is that we have a lot of long distance success stories. In the beginning I was not a big believer in long distance relationships working out, however, 12 years later, I’m a huge believer. So many of our success stories are from people that originally didn’t live in the same city, state or even country. I coach the members to use their intuition and follow their inner guidance in regard to who to contact, to be open-minded about where their partner might live and to look deeper than skin deep and to connect with someone’s soul. It’s so wonderful coaching “conscious” people because they get it! So many are already there, and some just need a gentle reminder. When you read some of the testimonials, it’s very apparent that they followed their guidance and it worked. I just love that.
You have the largest database of Spiritual Singles on the web. How big is it? We are at about 60,000 members and growing quickly. We most likely will be over 100,000 within the next 6 months thanks to increased media visibility and our focus on viral marketing.
You can join Ascending Hearts for free. How does that work? Anyone can join for free and create a full profile with photos, video, essays answers and compatibility matching. They can take our Compatibility Test and Sexual IQ (Intimacy Quotient), which help them match up with other compatible members both personality-wise and sexually. We receive a great deal of positive feedback about how helpful these test results are. Members can indicate “interest” in other members; send “hello’s (pre-written messages) and even reply to private messages sent from other members… all for free. I’ve always wanted to make it easy for members to connect. Most other online dating sites make members pay to read emails from other members. I’ve never thought that was a good idea and we don’t do that. Our members can read and reply to messages sent to them without upgrading. We DO however encourage members to upgrade their membership to “subscribing status” and to be pro-active about sending personal messages to other members, which ultimately is the way that people connect and meet their beloveds.
Ascending Hearts is not just an on-line dating site. Over on AscendingHearts.net you have conscious dating articles and tips. You also have “off-line” events such as Retreats. Can you tell us a little more about the “off-line” activities and what is in the works right now? 
Sure, I’ve always had a deep love for dolphins and whales and am telepathic with them. They are family to me. Having thousands of spiritually oriented singles on the site, I’m able to share my love for the dolphins by taking groups of singles on Wild Dolphin Swim Retreats! We board a beautiful, 104 foot live-aboard sailboat in Miami and cruise to the island of Bimini, which is in the Bahamas. The wild dolphins in the area find us and invite us into the water with them. We swim and play for hours sometimes. It’s such a beautiful, spiritual experience for everyone and the dolphins. We also SCUBA dive, sail, have group meditations and of course socialize and play. These are small groups of 12 singles so we live in community for the week and it’s so much fun! The next trip is April 30-May 6, 2011.
