Soul Rehab

“Did they really make it to Heaven?” “Are they sorry for what they did?” “Do you think they will be forgiven?” “Will they be healed instantly or is it a process?”
These are some of the questions I’m often asked from people looking for messages or who have questions about their loved (and not so loved) ones who have crossed over.
Soul Rehab,the healing sanctuary for battered and weary souls who have made their transition from this Earth to the light. The reasons for their healing needs are vast and varied. They may have been unable to cope in everyday life situations here.
They may have caused extreme emotional and physical damage to others and to themselves. Whatever the reasons, they are in need of healing light, and forgiveness. Many times they have shut down the spiritual thinking deep within and have to be reminded of the light being they truly are.
As a soul makes the choice to return to the light after death of the human body, their choice leads them on to the next phase of the journey. A situation that is much different from those who have left their human bodies and are between Worlds out in the consciousness, refusing to go into the light. Many times this happens because of the fear of being judged for the life choices they made while they were here.
Reaching the light again, a soul is reminded of the miraculous beauty of it all and can feel the love surrounding them immediately. The next obvious step would be the life review, a chance to rewind the life they lived and view it as a spectator. The review includes the soul’s intentions and life themes before incarnation. The journey of the soul’s choices, decisions, actions and reactions to every situation and how they impacted not only the person they were, but all the people around them. They are able to see how each choice impacted the future and how each intention really makes a difference.
The soul then realizes that just like the human body, it also needs to heal from trauma left untended while they were on the Earth. Their transition changes the surroundings of their mission as they continue their soul work from the Other Side. Each soul has it’s own unique truth which means it will reside on different levels at different vibrations. Some souls are able to communicate right back to us on Earth and others residing in Soul Rehab are much too fragile yet to have the ability to report back.
In my spiritual work I have counseled with several people about someone who died that had caused havoc on others while they were alive. They ask me about punishment and fire and brimstone and all those things they were taught that awaits the wicked. I say that forgiving them is the best way to help their soul’s transition and growth and to leave the notion of Hell far away from their thoughts. I also know it is a classic reason of why a soul has fear of the light.
So, just as we have a need for rehab for a variety of reasons on Earth, we also need one in Heaven. An oasis of compassion and understanding and infinite love. A place to rest and study and heal and find out the next mission on the Path of Light….
