Focused Intention Techniques – Happiness Beyond Belief

You have heard this story before.

Boy meets Girl.

Boy finds Girl very interesting – she dances the Salsa, is toned and buff, and takes classes on quantum physics.

Boy marries Girl.

Girl gives up all her activities to become the perfect Wife and Mother.

Girl cooks Boy’s favorite meals every day.

Girl bears Boy 5 Sons.

Then one day Boy leaves Girl for another girl not as beautiful and dutiful as Girl.

Girl is devastated.

What went wrong?

This is what went wrong. Not only did Girl stop being interesting, but she also has a core issue of not wanting to be thought of as selfish. So she put her husband and her children’s needs ahead of her own. As a matter of fact, she has been plagued with this issue all her life of putting herself beneath others.

How can she heal herself?

First she needs a healing therapy that can access her main issue at its core. Core issues are like a tree. You can reach the core belief by cutting the branches off, you can even chop the tree down. But the tree stump is there. You need to remove the stump by uprooting it. Unless you access the root issue, the problem is still there in the body, hiding in the cells, hiding in the primitive brain.

One natural way to reach an issue and uproot it at its core is with the Focused Intention Technique™ (FIT). FIT is an 11-step self-therapy process that lets you access and heal your core issue while giving you a toolkit of resources to use at any time the body feels stressed. And you can’t get FIT wrong.

This technique is unique in that in just a few minutes you can change the decisions you made about yourself, others, and the world. For example, Girl’s current outlook on herself and others is that she is not worthy, that others’ needs are a priority over her own, and that that’s just the way life is. Through FIT she would awaken the resources of support, strength, confidence, and love. After FIT, she would see herself as being worthy and deserving of good things, that whoever is meant to love her will be in her life, and that the world is a good place. She will also easily manifest whatever she wants and know that she can still have a family and not give up her interests.



FIT in a nutshell.

FIT starts with a 21-day cleanse (as it takes 21 days to form a habit), a journey of self-discovery that cleanses you of negative energies and the effects of limited beliefs and thoughts. It helps you understand and apply FIT, so that FIT becomes a natural part of your daily life after 21 days.

The FIT process itself is very simple. As with other therapies, it starts with grounding by placing your right hand on your heart centre. You ask yourself a series of questions in a specific sequence that allow the body to naturally unravel to the core of the limited belief that you made at the time of the event about self, others, and the world.

As you access your core issue, you may produce tears or other emotion.

You then identify what you want to change, or what is causing stress in your life, and locate the physical sensation in the body. When you locate the physical sensation, you place your left hand on the chakra area related to the sensation.

You identify the emotion. You feel the strongest and the earliest memory that pops into your mind around this emotion. You then ask yourself what you felt about yourself, others, and the world at that moment in time. You then identify the feeling that you needed at that moment to complete the event; for example, humour, love, authenticity, etc. You repeat this process until you feel complete.

Then you look at that moment and ask yourself what you now know about yourself, others, and the world that you did not know before.

You then begin counting out loud while allowing the left hand to move the sensation out the top of your head, keeping the right hand stationary over your heart.

You then think about the original issue and notice how it feels now, and note the difference.

In the end you feel better, and notice how well your day goes, how much less stressed you feel. You may even get rid of a few kinks in the body as you release the limited belief.



FIT allows you to take your power back and take control. Too many people put their power outside of themselves, looking to coaches and therapists to “fix me”.

Had a bad day at the office or a difficult client phone call? Process the situation through FIT by accessing a resource state from your toolkit. You can look at the situation with amusement, or love, or any other resource state, and not take it to bed with you.
