What is a healthy snack that is yummy too? We all have those mid-day or late-night cravings between meals. Snacks are a very important part of your daily nutrition. Together we will learn how to make the most of those energy lows with yummy treats. You will enjoy making nutty chicken tenders, fresh-herbed salmon skewers, and my signature TRANSFORM Trail mix.
