Your Conscious, Friendly Mind – Day 0

Do you want to do something meaningful in life that helps others?

If so, then my love and prayers are with you for a happy journey to reach your most beloved friend in the shrine of your own heart!

Embrace Your Friendly Mind with Conscious Awareness

Consciousness is the source and center of all existence. It is the source and

center of your existence.   It is the point of true aliveness.  To be spiritually centered is to get back to this source and center, to be conscious in the living moment.   Whatever practice, whatever you do, the whole point of it is to expand your awareness. And this awareness occurs in the present moment.

There is a common Buddhist term, the Monkey Mind, meaning a mind that is unsettled, restless, emotional, confused, indecisive, and unmanageable. Never call your mind a monkey’s mind! Consciously call your mind your Friendly Mind and your mind will transform into being your best friend forever.

Realize Your Very Consciousness, Your Very Aliveness Dwells Within

Always use positive images like friendly mind, not negative ones like monkey mind, for every thought creates its own reality. Remember to not belittle your own self. Don’t forget inside of you dwells your very Consciousness with which you are alive. This Consciousness is the Divine Potential, this Consciousness is the Divine Power; so don’t belittle the Divine within you.

If you mindfully read and do the practices for the next 30 days, you will learn to befriend your own mind and get the monkey mind off your back for good. You will learn to anchor yourself to your Spirit within. The reality is if you cannot make your mind your best friend then your mind turns out to be your worst enemy, or a monkey mind!
