30 Days of Self Healing – Day 3

Physical Self-Healing. Unleashing your body’s self-healing abilities starts with good nutrition and supplementation, physical activity, and positive lifestyle changes. I’ll empower you to make the necessary changes to support your body’s inherent healing abilities.

Emotional Self-Healing. Negative thoughts and feelings can cause pain and illnesses that clear rapidly when you change those thoughts. The benefits enjoyed from emotional self-healing may include the following: relief from stress, deep relaxation, healing energy flow, increased and focused energy level, prevention of injury, relief from sore and aching muscles and joints, and enhanced confidence and well-being.

Spiritual Self-Healing. The majority us have a fixed idea that health is mostly physical and, to an extent, emotional, but good health encompasses more than that. It is also intensely spiritual, and I believe we are all spiritual beings.
