30 Days to a New You – Day 13

Recognizing and acknowledging the guidance you are receiving assists you in becoming more aware – more “in tune” with you.

Questions to Consider 1. When assessing and reviewing previous experiences, I recall that I have received guidance and ___________________________________. 2. I recall instances when the guidance was subtle, but became more persistent when I ignored it. During that instance, I ____________________________________________. 3. When you are in certain situations or around certain people, do you sometimes feel uneasy and want to leave? 4. Did you resist this feeling and decide to stay causing you to go against your inner guidance? 5. When I assessed that experience, I remember ________________________________. 6. Do you recall feeling nauseous or having “butterflies” in your stomach? 7. When I assessed that experience, I remember ________________________________. 8. I am familiar with discernment and I use it on occasion / regularly.

The challenge I am offering is based on excerpts from my book, 28 Days to a New YOU, and concentrates on assisting you in shifting your perception. As you shift your perception, you will change your experiences, including those in the past, the ones you are presently experiencing and those that have yet to happen. This transformation involves altering your mindset and attitude as well as your thoughts, words and actions.
