Around the Wheel of Life – Day 22
I want you to create a comfortable and relaxing setting, one where you will not be disturbed for at least 30 – 60 minutes. Set the stage in any way that you would like.
Begin by taking a few deep conscious breaths. Once those breaths have been taken, allow the breath to return to its normal state. Begin to relax the body by mentally, and consciously scanning the body for any tension, and begin the process of consciously relaxing the body. Start at the top of your head, and work your way down to the bottom of your toes, and relax that area, as you are focusing upon it. Once the whole body has relaxed, lie there for a few moments, and enjoy the relaxation.
Once the whole body is relaxed, consciously bring up the memory of what you wrote. Now during this meditation, I want you to lie back, and let yourself dream about those areas. You are using what you wrote yesterday as the basis of your creative visualization meditation today.
Again, let yourself dream during the meditation. Let yourself fantasize during the meditation. Let your imagination go wild, and see what the mind comes up with. Pay attention to how you are feeling while you are meditating. If a thought doesn’t feel “good,” then move on to a new thought regarding that area. Find a thought that does feel “good,” and work with it. This is a time when you can fine tune your thoughts regarding a specific area. Remember, you are always writing the story of your life; you write it every day that you live, and now, I want you to do so very consciously.
